Yes we do. Please return the unwanted item within 14 days of purchase. The item should be unused, within its original condition, sent to us within its original packaging, undamaged. Please email us first for a return confirmation. Finally, please make sure to use a trackable method of shipment. Please kindly note that earrings, ear cuffs and hair accessories are non-refundable for reasons of hygiene & safety.
If your jewellery becomes faulty within 14 days of receipt, we will offer a choice of refund, or if the stock is available for the item we will send you a new one. Please complete our return form which will be enclosed with your package, and always make sure to send the jewellery in its original packaging.
