“We“, “Our“, “Us” refer to Sweety Pretty (PI UX-UI DESIGN & CONSULTING LIMITED).
Sweety Pretty is solely responsible for providing design and digital content. The physical production and logistical operations of Products are managed by different Printify entities, depending on factors such as the user’s location, the provider’s location, the transaction region, and other variables.
“User“, “You“, “Your” refers to any individual, company, or organization that visits or uses the Website or the Service, accesses or uses any part of an account, or otherwise engages with the Service on behalf of an account.
“User Products” are Products generated through the addition of Content by Users using the Service. “Mockups” are visual representations of these User Products created through the Service.
“User-Generated Content” refers to all written or otherwise contributed Content created or uploaded by our Users.
“Website” refers to the website located at sweetypretty.com and includes all content, services, and products provided via Printify’s platform. It also includes all subdomains of sweetypretty.com owned by Sweety Pretty, as well as current and future extensions of sweetypretty.com through platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Etsy.
“Our Content” refers to materials created by us or legally obtained through paid licensing for resale purposes; however, “Our Content” shall under no circumstances include the components or physical additions of Products categorized as Consumer Packaged Goods.
